A newly renovated, first-floor oceanfront condo that opens right onto Sea Colony's promenade, with a huge private patio, pools steps away, and the private beach just beyond.
High-rise balconies have views, but every beach trip still means hauling chairs, coolers, boogie boards and tired kids through the lobby and up an elevator. And back again. And again after lunch.
Here, you just open the door. The unit sits on Sea Colony's oceanfront promenade level, so the pools, the boardwalk path and the private beach are a short stroll from your patio. No elevator lines, no lobby, and no lugging sandy gear upstairs.
🌊 Your patio, steps from the promenadeStep from the condo onto the promenade. No stairs, no elevator, no schlepping beach gear through a lobby.
A true outdoor room with space for dining, lounging and drying towels, far bigger than a high-rise balcony.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open the living room onto the patio, so the whole place feels twice as big.
Fresh, bright coastal décor, an updated kitchen and baths, and comfortable furnishings throughout.
A king suite, a queen and a set of bunks: room for two couples plus kids, or a multi-generation family.
The kids get their own beachy bunks. It's always their favorite part of the trip.

Your stay comes with access to one of the Delaware shore's most amenity-rich communities. It's a gated resort with something for every age.
Bethany's town beach is lovely, and in July and August it's busy. Sea Colony's half-mile private beach is reserved for owners and guests, so there's room to set up, spread out and let the kids roam.
Lifeguards are on duty in season, and from this condo you're at the sand in a few minutes on foot. No parking, no meters, no hunting for a spot.

Bethany has kept its small-town, family-first charm for more than a century. It's relaxed and walkable, with no high-rise strip or all-night boardwalk. Just good beach days and easy summer evenings.
A charming, family-friendly boardwalk lined with shops, ice cream and Boardwalk Fries, all an easy walk or bike ride from Sea Colony.
Summer nights at the bandstand bring free live music, plus beach movie nights, bonfires and Fourth of July fireworks.
Delaware has no sales tax. Browse the local boutiques in town or the outlets in nearby Rehoboth.
Crab shacks, oceanfront dining, morning donuts and farm stands. Bethany punches well above its size for food.
Kayak or paddleboard the calm inland bays, and explore Delaware Seashore State Park and Fenwick Island's lighthouse.
Indoor pools at Sea Colony, a live magic show at Dickens Parlour Theatre, mini golf, and Ocean City's attractions just south.
Long beach days, pool afternoons, bandstand nights. This is when the promenade location really pays off, with dozens of trips to the sand and none of them involve an elevator.
Warm September water, quiet beaches, indoor pools and fall festivals. Ask about shoulder-season dates on the Vacasa calendar.
